  • Chief of Staff, Senate of Pennsylvania, 2012-2016As Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania State Senator Sean Wiley, responsibilities included managing and oversight of all administrative, financial and operational activities of the Erie District and Harrisburg Capital office while serving the interests of the Senator and the constituents of the 49th District. More specifically, responsibilities included the hiring  and supervising of 13 staff members in both the Erie and Harrisburg offices; the management and oversight of the Senator’s various committee appointments including participation at hearings, drafting/reviewing legislation and working with various related stakeholders; organizing and prioritizing all critical issues and required information for the Senator to facilitate efficient decision making; acting as a point of contact and gatekeeper between the Senator and other stakeholders; and working with other senate and congressional offices to address constituent issues and drafting meaningful legislation.
